P-SHOT IN THE PHILIPPINES

For both psychological and physiological reasons, most men would agree that the penis is the most important part of their bodies. It is, obviously, important for survival, but at the same time, it is a factor for one’s identity, masculinity, as well as their relationships, intimate or otherwise. Concerns about penile size, shape, curvature, and overall appearance, as well as its performance, such as getting or maintaining an erection can often lead to physical and emotional stress. It is even more common for people to seek remedies to alleviate concerns about the penis. Whether it’s for addressing sexual dysfuction from erectile issues and the likes, wanting to enhance performance and intimacy with partners, or simply achieving overall penile health, options are available today with the advancement of cosmetic surgery. Dr. Benjamin Alonzo proudly offers a popular and highly successful procedure called P-shot in the Philippines for male clients who wish to achieve a full rejuvenation of the penis!

What is P-shot?

P-shot is short for Priapus Shot. It uses what is called a platelet-rich-plasma (PRP) from your blood which will be injected into the penis. The PRP is known to include concentrated and bioactive protein-rich platelets that stimulate cellular regeneration as well as tissue repair. Before the advent of genital cosmetic procedures, the PRP was mainly used for treating wounds and sport injuries as well as in the field of dentistry. But now, it is also a popular remedy to ED and even Peyronie’s Diseases for males. In the field of cosmetic surgery in particular, P-shot is a semi-inasive and non-surgical treatment which is also known as penile rejuvenation as it stimulates blood flow to the penis to help optimize erections, sensitivity, and sexual performance.

Benefits and Advantage of P-shot

P-shot in the Philippines is highly sought after by clients of Dr. Benjamin Alonzo for the benefits it has on physical well-being as well as emotional wellness. Here are known benefits of the penile procedure:

  • P-shot is drug-free and surgery free. It is an innovative, healthy, and semi-invasive procedure to achieve certain physical and aesthetic goals for the penis. Since it uses your own tissues and cells, you can count on a safe and natural treatment, not to mention, you don’t have to feel anxious about incisions and the likes.
  • P-shot is a plus factor to your sexual performance. It ensures increased blood flow as well as repair responses in some tissue or cells which essentially help with developing frequent and more reliable erections and also establishes new neural pathways for better sensations and satisfaction during sexual pursuits. To add, this can also develop intimacy between you and your partner.
  • P-shot can help with boosting self-esteem. Knowing that you possess a well-performing and healthy penis can add to your masculinity and enhance self-confidence. For some, this is an additional asset, but for others, who experienced mocking or slight comments, P-shot can also help with healing certain emotional scars.

  • Disclaimer: While P-shot has several benefits, it must be underlined that it does not guarantee penile enlargement. Cellular regeneration and tissue growth does not automatically mean striking growth in girth and length. You can discuss your goals with Dr. Alonzo during consultations to see which penile procedures best fits your wants.

    P-shot Procedure in the Philippines

The treatment is conducted in the Alonzo Cosmetic Surgery clinic as an outpatient procedure for 1 hour. We offer a professionally-maintained facility for our patients, and our doctors, Dr. Benjamin Alonzo and Dr. Benz Alonzo, are highly-qualified and board-certified physicians in the field. No matter how simple or complicated the process, we offer only the best. To start the process, Dr. Alonzo will apply a cream or ointment to numb the penis and administer a local anesthetic without any sedation. He will then take a blood sample from an identified donor site (ex. From the arm) and collected into a tube and placed in a centrifuge to isolate the PRP from the blood. This PRP, which contains growth and healing factors, will then be injected into the penile shaft. Patient is then instructed to use the penile pump with a pressure of 10 mmhg for 5-10 minutes.

    Recuperation and Recovery

The healing process is simple and easy. In fact, it has no downtime as the patient can return to his normal activities after. In cases where you feel slight discomfort, there are ways to heal faster such as avoiding sexual intercourse or masturbating for a couple of days as this lessens the possibility of infecting the injection site. You may also want to limit intense physical activities for a few days to avoid major sweating that could irritate the treatment area. At home, patients are advised to use the penile pump with pressure of 10mmhg for 10 minutes twice a day (morning and night). This can be done for 3-4 months to experience best results.

    Results

Results from P-shot are immediate just like the procedure. In just a few days or even less, you will notice some positive changes. Ultimately, it may take 2-3 weeks to notice the full results and could last for about 18 months. For best results, we advise to do P-shot once a month for the first 3 months, followed up by another shot after 6 months. Then the patient may opt to do just once a year procedure.
